WINCHESTER -- City police plan to teach local restauratuers and managers how to cut down on alcohol-related incidents.
The police department's community response team will host an educational seminar called "Last Call for Unsafe Nightlife" today from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Rouss City Hall in the fourth floor meeting room. Team representatives advised proprietors and managers of the invite-only event.
The seminar kicks off a series designed to inform restauratuers and managers on reducing alcohol-related offenses and to create partnerships between city departments and establishments which serve alcohol, according to a police press release.
