There is a movement which calls for a healthy break in our eating habits, it's called: Meatless Monday. For one day a week, people can give their digestive track a break - and eat from the wide variety of plants available (especially at this time of year).

Give it a try and see what healthy choices are out there.

Ah jeeze, not this crap again.

Every morning, I wake up, and I smoke a cigarette. And then I eat five strips of bacon. And for lunch, I eat a bacon sandwich. And for a midday snack? Bacon! A whole damn plate! And I usually drink my dinner. Now according to all of them flat-belly experts, I should've took a dirt nap like thirty years ago. But each year comes and goes, and I'm still here.

Well dang Rusty, ain't you special?

Can that group of funkos that started this movement have Phish on Mondays?

I will observe your Meatless Monday if you will observe Rusty Thursdays.

Hey Rusty, I have some fresh sliced side meat that was sugar cured and in a meathouse the last couple months. You get a case( I am good with Busch light all the wayto Stella) and I bring the meat and we can all meet by the river and have a good ole time. If we drink too much, maybe we can call Diana to come pick us up later. What do you think?

Don't worry boys, no one is going to take that animal flesh from you. You will have it as long as you live. . . .

Sorry can't pick you up, I may be sipping a glass of red wine. It's good for the heart, you know?
