Man faces deportation to Mexico

HARRISONBURG -- A Mexican man faces deportation again after federal authorities found him in Frederick County in February having re-entered the country illegally.
Agents with the Immigration and Customs Enforcement Fugitive Operations team located Fernando Alvares Montes de Oca, 32, of Toluca, Mexico, at 126 Brigstock Dr., Apt 4, Winchester, on Feb. 24. Officers arrested Alvares Montes de Oca, according to an affidavit filed Wednesday in U.S. District Court in Harrisonburg.
Immigration authorities had deported Alvares Montes de Oca to his native country in April 2002 after his conviction on a charge of aiding and abetting in the transport of an unlawful alien, the affidavit states.

Send him back, no need wasting money on these people who come here illegally.
Yea...I bet he is shaking in his shoes over this charge. A free ride back home to visit, and after a nice rest; he will no doubt be back in a month. This goverment is one big joke to these people and a big waste of money for us!
Obviously deportation to Mexico didn't work. Let's help out the airlines and law enforcement at same time.....just pick a flight with an empty seat and send him somewhere*. If he lands where they don't want him, let that country send him somewhere else at their expense. *My preference would be for a destination across a wide body of water.
Secure the border. Do what it takes to eliminate this problem and prevent other problems that have yet to happen (terrorist coming through Mexico with a nuke). Also don't forget about drugs. Most of them come through Mexico. Use some of that wasted "war on drugs" money to fund the securing of our borders. Shoot as they come across as last resort. Just would like to see us be able to fix a problem as a country once in a while but I won't hold my breath.
