TOMS BROOK -- All six seats for Toms Brook Town Council and the mayor are up for election this year.
Only half of council sought re-election to their positions, leaving the three remaining seats open. All races for council are uncontested.
Council members Loleta L. "Leta" Stickler, W.A. "Walt" Stepp and Keith A. Johnson are seeking another term on council. Heather Fauber, Teresa Funkhouser and Trina Robey chose not to run for re-election.
The three people seeking election to fill the vacancies are Mary Johanna O'Toole, Dawn V. Rinker and Heather A. Sager.
Mayor Philip K. Fauber also runs unopposed as he seeks a fourth term.
