A former New Market resident has been arrested on a bigamy charge by the Shenandoah County Sheriff's Office.
Connie Darlene Moschgat, 47, of Nicktown, Pa., was arrested Sunday.
Maj. Scott Proctor said the sheriff's office was contacted April 18 and alerted to the fact that Moschgat was married to two men at the same time. He said the agency was able to get papers verifying the situation.
Moschgat was married in 1984 in Pennsylvania, and remarried in Virginia in 2002 without first getting a divorce, Proctor said. He said she recently lived in New Market.
Moschgat is scheduled to appear in Shenandoah County Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court on May 17.

Is one not enough?
But a thousand has had sex with 2,3,4 or more at one time so who cares. Marriage is a joke. Screw many, marry none. Our legal system on this was created dumb men.
