A woman was arrested early Saturday morning after police responded to a fight near the Braddock Street Auto Park, according to a news release sent out by the Winchester Police Department on Sunday morning.
The release states that officers responded to a fight just after 2 a.m., and found that Misty Rose Jackson, 24, had allegedly struck an unidentified 25-year-old male twice in the forehead with her shoe.
The victim had a laceration, but refused medical treatment at the time of the incident.
Jackson had a .10 blood-alcohol concentration, according to the release. She was charged for assault and battery and being drunk in public, the release states.
She was taken to Northwestern Regional Adult Detention Center and given an unsecured bond, the release states.

Damn womens thinking they can get drunk and do whatever they want, why is it you only hear about about abuse from males when at least in my life, i've seen far more drunk abusive females?
If she is 'man' enough to get drunk, act stupid and hit people then she should be 'man' enough to take a responding hit............and yes, I am a woman.
Ummmmm...are we not hearing about an abusive women right now? Geez.
It's not a man/woman thing. It's a stupidity thing. Stupidity comes in both sexes.
