A transportation planning agency seeks public input on bicycle and pedestrian paths in Winchester and Frederick County.
The Winchester-Frederick County Metropolitan Planning Organization intends to use the input in its study aimed at identifying priorities and projects to improve bicycling and walking in the area, an MPO press release states. Feedback may include comments on existing routes, areas that need better options, and barriers such as busy intersections and gaps in sidewalks or bike lanes.
