Frederick Co. house fire extinguished

A house fire in Frederick County was extinguished quickly by county fire and rescue responders Wednesday evening.

The blaze, at 322 Caldwell Lane, caused "extensive damage," according to Frederick County Fire and Rescue responder Gary Pearson.

The fire was originally called out at 7:23 p.m. Pearson said that the fire was under control and extinguished five minutes after responders reached the scene.
