Has anyone else noticed the number of full-color photos either on the front page or in the region section of people painting? Today is one, yesterday was two and I can think of three others over the summer.
Not knockin anyone who goes out and does it but it's kinda funny.
yep lots of painting, and why doesn't that goal post have a platic cap on the end. It doesnt neccessarily have to be plastic. But I hate when the bats/birds fly out of the end of the post when it is rattled by the ball hitting it.
Yeah I noticed the open end also; I was wondering about bees maybe.
Yes, there does seem to be a certain fascination with the painting that goes on in town. Maybe that could be a category for the next "Best City" ratings. "Best city to have your painting project published in the local newspaper."
Actually, this particular shot does seem to have some artistic merit. Angles make for good photographic composition and this one has lots of them.
