Two key players at Museum of the Shenandoah Valley plan to move on

Daily Staff Reports

The Museum of the Shenandoah Valley will be losing two senior managers in coming months, according to a museum news release.

Development director Frances "Franny" Crawford - who served as acting executive director from March 2010-February 2011 - will retire in June, the release states.

Gardens and grounds manager Mary Stickley is resigning at the end of this year to move to the Charlottesville area, where she and her future husband own a nursery and grafting business, according to the release.

It states the museum plans to conduct a national search to fill the upcoming vacancies.
