The new Edward Jones Income Manager account allows investors to collect income generated from multiple sources, such as stocks, bonds, Income Manager balances are FDIC-insured up to $1.5 million, and can be accessed through checks, debit cards, electronic transfers and online bill pay.

An innovative feature of Income Manager is its ability to estimate account balances for the coming 12 months in order to help accountholders avoid potential shortfalls before they happen.

Investors also can set a minimum balance in their Income Manager account. This feature is designed to help investors ensure the necessary income is available to both meet their needs and stay above this minimum balance. Income Manager is a stand-alone account that holds only income, not the investments that generate it.
