Where are the costumes? That is what makes Halloween fun, people! I had a few groups at my house north of Winchester but approximately 70% of the people did not even bother with a costume. I say people because grown men and women were sticking out their bags too. Only the tots said trick or treat and thank you (they were the best!); one group actually said "give me candy" when we opened the door. I spent alot of time and money "tricking" up my house to make it a fun night only to be greatly disappointed by the turn out of "real" trick or treaters and the number of folks that just wanted a hand out.
You're in the right spirits Oh Conservative!! Alot of these parents around more populated areas do not have any intuitive in my opinion. I wanted to surprise my daughter with a wig under my bball cap on the 31'st (things were sold out at the family dollar), so I had to make things sillier with some hay under my hat.
Too bad these parents couldn't have fun with there kids on this kids holiday!
