Luray Caverns Corp. and a Connecticut-based audio tour company have reached a settlement in their civil court case.
U.S. District Judge Michael F. Urbanksi dismissed the suit against the Page County tourist attraction March 6, according to online court records.
Antenna Audio Inc. filed the suit against the caverns Aug. 10, seeking at least $500,000.
Luray Caverns had hired Antenna Audio to supply interpretive audio tours. Each accused the other of breaking the contract.
In his order of dismissal, Urbanski states the parties had reached a settlement agreement resolving all claims. The agreement calls for each side to pay its own legal fees.
