A procession of vehicles travels with this 230,555-pound Dominion Power transformer down East King Street in Strasburg on Tuesday morning. The transformer was transported by rail outside the Strasburg Museum and loaded onto a 19-axle flatbed tractor trailer. Jamey Brugh of Valley Group Inc. of Roanoke contracted J. Supor & Son of New Jersey to provide the tractor trailer. The convoy traveled south on U.S. Route 11 to the Dominion Power substation just outside Edinburg.
