Police arrest South Carolina man in duffle bag drug case

Front Royal police said Thursday they arrested a South Carolina man after linking him to drug paraphernalia in a duffle bag discovered at the BB&T bank on North Shenandoah Avenue on Saturday.

Police said the items in the bag are commonly used in making methamphetamine. The defendant, Johnny Green, 53, was charged with intent to manufacture a schedule 1 or 2 drug. Green was awaiting a bond hearing in the Warren County Jail On Thursday.
