Axalta launches new logo

Axalta Coating Systems has rolled out a new corporate brand identity that it says captures the scope of global marketplace.
The new logo, which was announced by the company in a press release, is part of Axalta’s desire to represent it’s role in the global marketplace.
The company’s Front Royal plant, which produces refinish paint for the automobiles, employs 319 and an additional 100 contractors, according to the release.
“We’re tremendously excited about our new look and what it says about our future. It embodies our commitment to move ahead in the marketplace, putting customers first and offering an exciting portfolio of brands,” Axalta chairman and CEO Charles Shaver said in the press release.
“As a leading global company that is 100 percent dedicated to developing, manufacturing and distributing coatings, we are poised to perform and deliver on our customer commitment,” Shaver continued.
The design of Axalta’s new brand was developed in collaboration with FutureBrand, according to the release.
