After 15 years in business, The Watchful Tiger in Woodstock will be closing its doors.
The retail store sells women's clothing, jewelry and accessories. It is holding a grand closing sale, with 25 to 75 percent off all of its merchandise.
Owner Karen Landis, who was the founding conductor of the Masterworks Chorus of the Shenandoah Valley, said she is closing the store for a variety of reasons, including getting back into music. She said she plans to teach piano lessons at her home.
She said the last day will be when all of the store's merchandise is sold, and estimated it to be in four to six weeks.
