A Sweet Frog location in Woodstock originally planned to open in December will not happen. The owners have canceled plans due to personal reasons. One of the owners said an accident in the family has prevented them from moving forward.

Winchester-based Tech Team Solutions added 40 clients to its roster when it acquired Computer Information Technology Inc. this month. The latest acquisition is the company's seventh since 2008. Tech Team Solutions now serves about 900 clients and has 15 employees.

Distinctions LLC, a management consulting firm based out of 9 N. Loudoun St., Winchester, will host an open house and a ribbon cutting ceremony from 4-8 p.m. Oct. 3. Wine and hors d'oeuvres will be served at the event.

Home Instead Senior Care, a provider of non-medical, in-home care services for seniors, announced that it expects to add 40 caregivers to its staff in 2013. The majority of the positions will be part time. Home Instead Senior Care has an office in Winchester, which serves the Northern Shenandoah Valley region.
