Shenandoah County organizations plan to hold a public forum for candidates seeking election to contested seats on the Board of Supervisors.
The Shenandoah County Education Association, the Shenandoah County Chamber of Commerce and the Shenandoah County Farm Bureau set the event for 5:30 p.m. today in the Toms Brook Fire Hall. Organizers invited candidates in contested races for Districts 4 and 5 to participate.
The free event begins with a meet-and-greet period with candidates until 6:30 p.m., followed by a question-and-answer session until 8 p.m. Constituents may submit questions in advance by email to firstname.lastname@example.org and during the meet-and-greet session until 6:15 p.m.
