Walt Morgan, financial associate with Thrivent Financial for Lutherans, will host a Social Security Educational Workshop on 6 p.m. Wednesday at the Hampton Inn Conference Room located at 1150 Motel Drive in Woodstock. The workshop will include a keynote presentation by Jim Caulder, who has been employed with the Social Security Administration for more than 33 years and is recognized as a technical expert on Social Security and Medicare entitlement programs. A follow-up meeting to begin planning action steps to address homelessness in Shenandoah County is scheduled for 7 p.m. Tuesday at St. Paul's UCC Church on the corner of Main and Spring streets in Woodstock.
