Duc Pond Motosports is hosting a grand reopening next weekend as the newly redesigned and rebranded Ducati Winchester. The dealership is located at 663 N. Loudoun St., Winchester.

Shannon M. Fultz, communications officer for the Frederick County Department of Public Safety Communication, has been named the Frederick County Employee of the Month for February. Fultz has worked with the county for nearly 10 years and received the award for achieving 100 percent compliance in Emergency Medical Dispatch. According to a release, she is the only communications officer in Frederick County to ever achieve this level of compliance.

Winchester-based firm Howard Shockey & Sons ranked 10th on the “Virginia Business” list of the largest contractors in Virginia.

Corporate educator Janey Dalrymple is hosting a Valley Business Women Luncheon from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Wednesday at the George Washington Hotel in Winchester. Penn State Fayette, The Eberly campus’ Center for Community and Public Safety, recently signed a collaboration agreement with Winchester-based Golden Seal Enterprises. The agreement will provide Golden Seal Enterprises with the ability to offer continuing education units for course offerings delivered at its training center.
