Board approves more administrative moves

Shenandoah County Public Schools has announced more changes in school administration for the coming school year.

Filling a recently announced opening for principal at W.W. Robinson Elementary School in Woodstock will be Jennifer Proctor, assistant principal at Robinson.

Amanda “Mandy” Roller, assistant principal at North Fork Middle School in Quicksburg, was approved for transfer to become assistant principal at Robinson. The position she leaves behind will be filled by an administrative intern, yet to be appointed.

These changes were approved by the School Board at a special meeting Wednesday.

Other approvals include the resignation of Kenneth Knesh as principal of Strasburg High School. The Warren County School Board approved Knesh’s appointment Thursday as assistant principal of Warren County High School in Front Royal. He will replace Robert Rimmel.

Human Resources Specialist Linda Hodges was appointed supervisor of human resources.
