Strasburg High School has a new principal, Shenandoah County Public Schools announced this week.

Morgan Saeler will take over the position left by Kenneth Knesh, who resigned to take an assistant principal position at Warren County High School in Front Royal.

Saeler has 14 years of teaching and administrative experience and has been assistant principal at all three of the division’s high schools, a news release from the school division stated.

The School Board based its decision on information Superintendent Jeremy Raley gathered from faculty, school staff and parents before beginning his search for a new principal.
