Mesh Omnimedia

Mesh Omnimedia has been selected as a technology partner by The Powhatan School, a pre-kindergarten through eighth-grade private school in Boyce.

Mesh Omnimedia, owned by Shannon Mackey and based in Loudoun County, will provide full-time on-site technical support as well as curriculum development, back office support, professional development and technology class instruction for the school. The company also will provide access to its creative design, web and video production teams for marketing and development.

Mesh Omnimedia was the 2014 winner of the Loudoun Chamber of Commerce Technology Small Business of the Year Award.

Commonwealth Assisted Living

Commonwealth Assisted Living at Front Royal has hired two new members of its senior leadership team.
 Amber Printz is the new executive director and Doris “Dee” Grimmet has been appointed resident care director.

Printz, a native of Warren County, served in a variety of positions, including assistant executive director, community business director and certified nursing assistant before becoming executive director of Commonwealth Assisted Living at Farnham in February. She returned to Front Royal this summer. She is licensed as an assisted living facility administrator, certified dementia practitioner, registered medication aide and certified nurse aide. She holds degrees in business management and business administration from Lord Fairfax Community College.

Grimmett, a registered nurse, worked as a staff nurse at Warren Memorial Hospital for 24 years, at Grafton School’s Berryville campus and with home health companies, health and rehabilitation centers and other assisted living communities. She earned her nursing degree from Shenandoah College.

Commonwealth Assisted Living at Front Royal held a grand opening to showcase its renovated community and new Sweet Memories neighborhood, an award-winning and signature program for residents with Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia.

Winchester Family Health Center

Winchester Family Health Center has relocated to a newly renovated and larger office at 1330 Amherst St., Suite C, in Winchester.
 In addition to providing primary care services, the practice also offers assistance to patients with medications, obtaining health insurance and has a bilingual staff. Gas Mart

Gas Mart, at 8002 Winchester Road, Front Royal, has signed on as a U-Haul dealer offering trucks, trailers, towing equipment, support rental items and in-store pickup for boxes.
