Long & Foster/Webber & Associates in Winchester has announced its top producers for September and new agents who have joined the firm.

Mary Cox was named top lister, Julie Teets was named top salesperson and Jim Thomson was named top producer.

Kay Mutespaugh and Adam Martin have joined as new agents.

Julie Teets

Martin, a native of the Winchester area, received double bachelor’s degrees in management and marketing from Pensacola Christian College. He holds a master’s degree in accounting and has a long background in sales. He can be reached at 540-550-4152.


Southern States

Katlyn Ramey, a bookkeeper at the Southern States Co-op in Front Royal, was honored as a winner of the President’s Award for Excellence in Customer Service at the company’s annual Showcase Product Show on Sept. 22-24 in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Ramey was recognized for her hard work and sunny disposition. Customers go out of their way to tell managers how much they appreciate her friendly attitude.

Jim Thomson

The president’s award was established to promote superior examples of customer service among Southern States’ wholesale and retail employees and private dealers. Nominations were received from throughout the cooperative’s 10-state service area. Ramey was one of five winners who attended the product show as guests of Southern States’ President and CEO Jeff Stroburg.
