Snowflake LLC, a small business consulting company focused on Loudoun County and the Northern Shenandoah Valley, is strengthening its efforts to make an impact in the community by making top-tier professional services more affordable and accessible to area nonprofit organizations.
The company’s Non-profit Access Initiative is built on three key tenents: scalability, to forge relationships that provide impactful support appropriate for the organizations’ challenges, goals and resources; flexibility, building a rate scheme to accommodate a range of conditions and to result in total costs that are feasible for different types and sizes of nonprofits; and opportunity, expand nonprofit access through an “exchange program” that allows selected clients to offset costs for a defined scope of services.
Founder and President Tom Morley says “We launched this company to contribute to a greater good. We want to give small and mid-size nonprofits the opportunity to take advantage of the knowledge we’ve gained as consultants for “Big 4″ companies and other industry leaders over the past two decades. We’re committed to providing collaborative, innovative top-tier advisory services and support to organizations that might not otherwise be able to obtain them, either because they’re too small, don’t have enough money or aren’t high-profile enough to be attractive to the big name firms with whom we’ve spent most of our careers.
