RD Management LLC, one of the nation’s largest privately-held real estate development and management organizations, has entered into a lease agreement with The Fresh Market, a specialty grocery retailer, at Winchester Plaza, 1675 S. Pleasant Valley Road and East Jubal Early Drive.
The property, which houses Dick’s Sporting Goods and Planet Fitness, is also undergoing a renovation project, which will add new pylon signage for the center’s tenants.
The Winchester Plaza is one of two properties owned by RD Management across Virginia, with the other located in Richmond. The company’s national portfolio consists of more than 200 properties. Information: www.rdmanagement.com.
Everence Financial in Harrisonburg has announced Jacqueline Painter has earned her Series 65 license.
Painter passed the Uniform Investor Adviser Law Examination in November and is now registered as an Investment Advisor Representative for Everence Trust Company.
Painter will focus her work on financial planning, retirement planning, socially responsible investments, trust and estate plans, insurance planning and charitable giving. In addition to the Series 65 license, she also holds Series 6 and 63 licenses and is a certified credit analyst. She has a bachelor’s degree in business administration and an associate degree in science and computer science from Eastern Mennonite University.
Painter and her husband, Michael, live in Broadway. She is an ambassador with the Harrisonburg-Rockingham County Chamber of Commerce and a member of the Central Valley Habitat for Humanity board of directors.
