Bill Rankin, of Middletown, sits on the back of his pickup truck following a collision with an ambulance Thursday afternoon on Reliance Road east of Middletown. Rankin said he was driving eastbound when he suffered a series of sneezes and collided with an eastbound Warren County ambulance. The impact broke off the left front wheel and tire of his truck.
