Mural artist NDA puts the finishing touches on Strasburg's third downtown mural located on the alley wall of 154 East King St. on Monday afternoon. The artwork is of retired United Methodist pastor Ralph Crabill, 76, of Strasburg, and his late father Charles Crabill, who was the town's  police chief in the 1940s. Charles Crabill's portrait was taken from the Morrison archives collection. The Staufferstadt Residency Program brought NDA to Strasburg. He has painted murals in London, Portugal, Norway, Mexico, Tennesee, New York and Philadelphia.  Rich Cooley/Daily
