Edinburg man charged with indecent exposure
Authorities charged an Edinburg man Wednesday with indecent exposure.
According to Capt. Wes Dellinger, of the Shenandoah County Sheriff’s Office, deputies arrested Brennon Villacarlos, 20, of 409 N. Main St., when they encountered him around 11 p.m. Wednesday.
Deputies reported Villacarlos exposed himself – although not to the officers or any other visible bystanders – before the officers proceeded to detain him.
“No one was around, the deputy just happened to walk up and witness him being indecent,” Dellinger said.
The incident occurred on Main Street in Edinburg.
Villacarlos was not under the influence of any drugs or alcohol, according to Dellinger.
Villacarlos has been released on a summons, and is scheduled to appear in Shenandoah County General District Court at 2 p.m. Oct. 21.
