Skyline teacher charged with four felonies
Steven Bretsch, a teacher at Skyline High School, has been charged with four felonies relating to taking indecent liberties with a child by a person in a custodial relationship, according to a news release from the Warren County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies met with Skyline High School administrators regarding the inappropriate relationship. Sheriff’s Department personnel also interviewed the two students about the relationship.
In coordination with Prince William County Police, Warren County investigators executed a search of Bretsch’s residence and arrested him without incident, according to the release.
Initially held at the Prince William County Adult Detention Center, Bretsch was then transferred to the Rappahannock-Shenandoah-Warren Regional Jail in Warren County where he is being held without bond.
