Police Blotter: Shenandoah County

The Shenandoah County Sheriff’s Office reported the following incidents:

June 8: A larceny was reported. Someone removed prescription medication from a residence on Wood Park Lane, Woodstock.

June 12: Dallas William Cookus, of Edinburg, was arrested on charges of domestic assault and battery. Court date was 11 a.m. June 16 in Shenandoah County General District Court.

June 13: A 16 year old was arrested on charges of assault and battery. Court date is 11 a.m. July 13 in Shenandoah County Juvenile & Domestic Relations Court.

June 13: A 17 year old was arrested on charges of possession of marijuana. Court date is 11 a.m. July 13 in Shenandoah County Juvenile & Domestic Relations Court.

June 13: A 13 year old was arrested on charges of destruction of property. Court date is 2 p.m. July 27 in Shenandoah County Juvenile & Domestic Relations Court.

June 13: A breaking and entering was reported. Someone entered a residence causing damage on Leigh Court, Basye.

June 14: John Vincent George, of Edinburg, was indicted on charges of 12 counts of obtaining money by false pretenses. Court date is pending in Shenandoah County Circuit Court.

June 14: Ronald Lee Stickley Jr., of Woodstock, was indicted on charges of possession of a Schedule II drug (fentanyl), possession of a Schedule II drug (cocaine), possession of a Schedule I drug (heroin), giving a false report to law enforcement, distribution of a Schedule I drug (heroin), conspire to distribute a Schedule I drug (heroin), having stolen property with intent to sell, conspiracy to sell stolen property, obtaining money by false pretenses and conspiracy to obtain money by false pretenses. Court date is pending in Shenandoah County Circuit Court.

June 14: James William Hurn, of Strasburg, was indicted on charges of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. Court date is pending in Shenandoah County Circuit Court.

June 14: A 14 year old was arrested on charges of distribution of a Schedule II drug, three counts of possession of a Schedule II controlled substance and possession of a Schedule IV drug. Court date is 11 a.m. July 13 in Shenandoah County Juvenile & Domestic Relations Court.

June 14: Dale Allen Hodson, of Toms Brook, was arrested on charges of public intoxication. Court date is 11 a.m. July 14 in Shenandoah County General District Court.

 

June 14: Tarad Abdulrahiman Ahmed, of Elkins, West Virginia, was arrested on charges of possession of marijuana. Court date is 11 a.m. July 14 in Shenandoah County General District Court.

June 14: Hussam Basim Ashri, of Elkins, West Virginia, was arrested on charges of possession of marijuana. Court date is 11 a.m. July 14 in Shenandoah County General District Court.

 

June 15: Mario Delanus Frazier, of Woodstock, was indicted on charges of being a habitual offender driving with a revoked license. Court date is pending in Shenandoah County Circuit Court.

 

June 15: A 16 year old was arrested on charges of assault and battery. Court date is 11:30 a.m. July 13 in Shenandoah County Juvenile & Domestic Relations Court.

 

June 15: Joseph Charles Kuchta Jr., of Edinburg, was arrested on charges of threatening to bomb and destruction of property. Court date is 9 a.m. July 13 in Shenandoah County Juvenile & Domestic Relations Court.

 

June 16: Phillip Anthony Wilson, of Winchester, was indicted on charges of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. Court date is pending in Shenandoah County Circuit Court.

 

June 16: Kyle Austin Cowart, of Mount Jackson, was arrested on charges of two counts of domestic assault and battery. Court date is 9 a.m. July 27 in Shenandoah County Juvenile & Domestic Relations Court.

 

June 16: Aaron Matthew Branham, of Maurertown, was arrested on charges of violating a protective order. Court date is 9 a.m. July 6 in Shenandoah County General District Court.

 

June 17: Jeremy Brent Ashby, of Boyce, was indicted on charges of three counts of possession of a controlled substance. Court date is pending in Shenandoah County Circuit Court.

 

June 17: Tony Duke Wilberg, of Fredericksburg, was arrested on charges of assault and battery on law enforcement, destruction of property, two counts of assault and battery and breaking and entering. Court date is 9 a.m. July 28 in Shenandoah County General District Court.

 

June 17: Alissa Dawn Menefee, of Woodstock, was arrested on charges of driving while intoxicated. Court date is 2 p.m. July 28 in Shenandoah County General District Court.

 

June 17: A larceny was reported. Someone entered a residence removing a speaker and flower pot and damaged a vehicle on Eagle Court, Woodstock.

 

June 17: Anna Leigh Gillis, of Woodstock, was arrested on charges of public intoxication. Court date is 11 a.m. July 28 in Shenandoah County General District Court.

 

June 18: James Robert Eury, of Front Royal, was arrested on charges of two counts of child endangerment, driving with a revoked license being a habitual offender (second-plus offense), driving while intoxicated and operating an ATV on a public highway. Court dates are 9 a.m. July 6 in Shenandoah County Juvenile & Domestic Relations Court and 9 a.m. July 14 in Shenandoah County General District Court.
