Police blotter: Shenandoah County Sheriff’s Office

The Shenandoah County Sheriff’s Office reported the following incidents:

June 24: A destruction of property was reported. Someone damaged two vehicles and a sign on Little Sorrel Drive, Strasburg.

June 26: Jeffrey Allen Jenkins, of Toms Brook, was arrested for attempting to violate a protective order. Court date is 9 a.m. July 6 in Shenandoah County Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court.

June 26: A larceny was reported. Someone removed mail on Old Valley Pike, New Market.

June 26: Dylan Brady Romick, of Edinburg, was arrested on charges of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. Court date is 9 a.m. July 6 in Shenandoah County Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court.

June 27: Davon Cook, of Toms Brook, was indicted on three counts of possession of a controlled substance. Court date is pending in Shenandoah County Circuit Court.

June 27: A 12 year old was arrested on charges of rape. Court date is pending in Shenandoah County Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court.

June 27: A destruction of property was reported. Someone damaged four vehicles and a business on Shrine Mont Circle, Orkney Springs.

June 28: Kristen Ann Hylton, of Stephens City, was arrested on charges of giving false identity to law enforcement, reckless driving endangering life, two counts of forgery, identity fraud and driving with a revoked license (third-plus offense). Court date is 2 p.m. Aug. 18 in Shenandoah County General District Court.

June 28: Phillip Michael Palmer, of Strasburg, was charged with illegal dumping. Court date is 2 p.m. Aug. 18 in Shenandoah County General District Court.

June 28: A larceny was reported. Someone removed gasoline on South Main Street, Toms Brook.

June 29: A 14 year old was arrested on charges of domestic assault and battery. Court date is 2 p.m. July 20 in Shenandoah County Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court.

June 29: A destruction of property was reported. Someone damaged a residence on Millner Road, Strasburg.

June 30: Rusty Ray Sloat, of Edinburg, was arrested on charges of obstructing communication to prevent help, abduction, domestic assault and battery, appearing drunk in public and underage possession of alcohol. Court dates are 1:30 p.m. July 20 in Shenandoah County Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court and 2 p.m. July 28 in Shenandoah County General District Court.

July 1: A larceny was reported. Someone removed a vehicle from a residence on Old Valley Pike, New Market.

July 2: Charles William Kline, of Toms Brook, was arrested on charges of domestic assault and battery. Court date is pending in Shenandoah County Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court.

July 2: A destruction of property was reported. Someone damaged two vehicles on Little Sorrel Drive, Strasburg.

July 3: Brandon Wayne Eppard, of Mount Jackson, was arrested on charges of distribution of a Schedule I/II drug. Court date is 9 a.m. July 28 in Shenandoah County General District Court.

July 3: Benjamin Keith Biggers, of Edinburg, was arrested on charges of domestic assault and battery. Court date is 9 a.m. Aug. 3 in Shenandoah County Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court.
