Police blotter: Shenandoah County

The Shenandoah County Sheriff’s Office reported the following incidents:

July 30: A destruction of property was reported. Someone damaged a bridge on Wissler Road, Mount Jackson.

July 31: Melissa Dawn Bosley, of Mount Jackson, was arrested on charges of two counts of intent to sell stolen property and conspiracy to sell stolen property. Court date is 9 a.m. Aug. 18 in Shenandoah County General District Court.

Aug. 1: Joseph Edward Heeter and Tyler Iseli Riner, both of Luray, were arrested on charges of attempting to defect a drug/alcohol screening test. Court date is 11 a.m. Aug. 18 in Shenandoah County General District Court.

Aug. 1: A larceny was reported. Someone removed a Labrador dog from a residence on Hamburg Road, Edinburg.

Aug. 2: Tammy Castillo-Butler, of Edinburg, was arrested on charges of obtaining money by false pretenses. Court date is pending in Shenandoah County Circuit Court.

Aug. 4: Jason Allen Owens, of Chesapeake, was charged with possession of a Schedule III drug and possession of marijuana (second-plus offense). Court date is 2 p.m. Aug. 25 in Shenandoah County General District Court.

Aug. 5: A larceny was reported. Someone removed a generator from a residence on King Street, Basye.

Aug. 6: Timothy Alan Campbell, of New Market, was arrested on charges of public intoxication. Court date is 11 a.m. Sept. 15 in Shenandoah County General District Court.

Aug. 6: Brittany Jo Mauck, of Hampshire, West Virginia, was arrested on charges of domestic assault and battery. Court date is 9 a.m. Sept. 21 in Shenandoah County Juvenile & Domestic Relations Court.

Aug. 6: Bret Allen Tiller, of Edinburg, was arrested on charges of larceny, assault and battery and driving while intoxicated. Court date is 11 a.m. Aug. 18 in Shenandoah County General District Court.

Aug. 6: Anthony Carroll Getz, of Maurertown, was arrested on charges of brandishing a firearm. Court date is 9 a.m. Sept. 21 in Shenandoah County Juvenile & Domestic Relations Court.
