Police blotter: Shenandoah County

The Shenandoah County Sheriff’s Office reported the following incidents:

Aug. 17: A breaking and entering was reported. Someone entered a residence causing damage to a door on Mt. Olive Road, Toms Brook.

Aug. 17: A larceny was reported. Someone removed a wallet containing U.S. currency and debit card on Bowman Lane, New Market.

Aug. 18: A 16 year old was arrested on charges of three counts of rape. Court date is pending in Shenandoah County Juvenile & Domestic Relations Court.

Aug. 18: A larceny was reported. Someone entered a shed causing damage to a door and removed miscellaneous items on Connie Road, Basye.

Aug. 21: Kristen Nichoale Sexton, of Basye, was arrested on charges of two counts of obtaining money by false pretenses, stolen property with intent to sell, conspiracy to obtain money by false pretense and stolen property with intent to sell-conspiracy. Court date is pending in Shenandoah County Circuit Court.

Aug. 22: Kristen Nichoale Sexton, of Basye, was arrested on charges of eight counts of obtaining money by false pretenses. Court date is 11 a.m. Sept. 8 in Shenandoah County General District Court.

Aug. 22: Christopher Claude Perkins, of Edinburg, was charged with illegal dumping. Court date is 2 p.m. Sept. 22 in Shenandoah County General District Court.

Aug. 23: Two 15 year olds were charged with disorderly conduct. Court date is 11 a.m. Oct. 12 in Shenandoah County Juvenile & Domestic Relations Court.

Aug. 26: A breaking and entering was reported. Someone entered a business causing damage to a door on Red Bud Road, Strasburg.

Aug. 26: Two 17 year olds were charged with possession of marijuana. Court date is 1:30 p.m. Sept. 14 in Shenandoah County Juvenile & Domestic Relations Court.

Aug. 27: A destruction of property was reported. Someone damaged a vehicle on Acorn Hill Lane, Woodstock.

Aug. 27: A destruction of property was reported. Someone damaged a lawnmower on Quicksburg Road, Quicksburg.

Aug. 27: Damesis Enrique Martinez, of Edinburg, was arrested on charges of public intoxication. Court date is 2 p.m. Sept. 22 in Shenandoah County General District Court.

Aug. 27: A larceny was reported. Someone removed miscellaneous items from a business on South Main Street, Toms Brook.

Aug. 28: A larceny was reported. Someone removed an iPod, pocket watch and sunglasses from a vehicle on Maurertown Mill Road, Maurertown.
