Police Blotter: Shenandoah County

The Shenandoah County Sheriff’s Office reported the following incidents:

Sept. 3: A destruction of property was reported. Someone damaged a flag on Julius Keller Road, Strasburg.

Sept. 9: A larceny was reported. Someone removed vehicle parts on Senedo Road, Edinburg.

Sept. 9: A destruction of property was reported. Someone damaged trespassing signs and a trash can on South Hollingsworth Road, Woodstock.

Sept. 15: William Lewis Evans III, of Timberville, was charged with trespassing. Court date is 2 p.m. Oct. 15 in Shenandoah County General District Court.

Sept. 19: A 14 year old was charged with possession of marijuana with intent to distribute. Court date is 11:30 a.m. Sept. 28 in Shenandoah County Juvenile & Domestic Relations Court.

Sept. 19: A 16 year old was charged with driving under the influence. Court date is 11:30 a.m. Sept. 28 in Shenandoah County Juvenile & Domestic Relations Court.

Sept. 19: A 14 year old was charged with making a bomb threat. Court date is 11:15 a.m. Oct. 5 in Shenandoah County Juvenile & Domestic Relations Court.

Sept. 19: Robert James Mumaw, of Edinburg, was arrested on charges of assault and battery, disorderly conduct and violating a protective order. Court dates are 9 a.m. Oct. 19 in Shenandoah County Juvenile & Domestic Relations Court and 9 a.m. Oct. 27 in Shenandoah County General District Court.

Sept. 19: Joshua Alan Mark Kirby, of Fort Valley, was charged with domestic assault and battery. Court date is 9 a.m. Oct. 26 in Shenandoah County Juvenile & Domestic Relations Court.

Sept. 19: Joseph George Exarchakis, of Edinburg, was arrested on charges of domestic assault and battery. Court date is 9 a.m. Oct. 26 in Shenandoah County Juvenile & Domestic Relations Court.

Sept. 20: Breaunna Anderson-Hinkle, of Basye, was arrested on charges of malicious wounding, strangulation, domestic assault and conspiracy to commit malicious wounding. Court date is 9 a.m. Sept. 29 in Shenandoah County General District Court.

Sept. 20: A larceny was reported. Someone removed vehicle wheels and tires on Wolf Gap Road, Edinburg.

Sept. 21: Sarah Katherine Lewis, of Mount Jackson, was arrested on charges of assault and battery on law enforcement. Court date is 9 a.m. Oct. 27 in Shenandoah County General District Court.

Sept. 21: A larceny was reported. Someone removed U.S. currency on Ram Drive, Strasburg.

Sept. 21: A larceny was reported. Someone removed keys on Old Valley Pike, Toms Brook.

Sept. 21: Gregory Chase Clinedinst, of New Market, was charged with possession of marijuana. Court date is 9 a.m. Oct. 27 in Shenandoah County General District Court.

Sept. 22: A 16 year old was arrested on charges of assault and battery, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. Court date is pending in Shenandoah County Juvenile & Domestic Relations Court.

Sept. 23: James John Rastatter, of Woodstock, was arrested on charges of malicious wounding and domestic assault and battery. Court date is 9 a.m. Oct. 12 in Shenandoah County Juvenile & Domestic Relations Court.

Sept. 24: Ireta Juan Martinez, of Edinburg, was arrested on charges of public intoxication. Court date is 9 a.m. Oct. 20 in Shenandoah County General District Court.

Sept. 24: A destruction of property was reported. Someone damaged property on Supinlick Ridge Road, Mount Jackson.
