Police blotter: Shenandoah County

The Shenandoah County Sheriff’s Office reported the following incidents:

Feb. 9: A larceny was reported. Someone entered several vehicles and removed various items on Silver Court, Kaleigh and Marguerite drives, Fehr Lane and Thorne Avenue, Maurertown.

Feb. 13: A 17 year-old was charged with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. Court date is 2 p.m. April 5 in Shenandoah County Juvenile & Domestic Relations Court.

Feb. 13: A larceny was reported. Someone removed license plates from a vehicle on John Marshall Highway, Strasburg.

Feb. 14: Victoria Lynn Helsley, of Strasburg, was indicted on charges of possession of a Schedule I controlled substance. Court date is pending in Shenandoah County Circuit Court.

Feb. 14: Robert Lee Wilson, of Edinburg, was charged with abuse/neglect of an incapacitated adult. Court date is 9 a.m. March 8 in Shenandoah County Juvenile & Domestic Relations Court.

Feb. 15: A larceny was reported. Someone removed several hand tools from a garage on Pouts Hill Road, Strasburg.

Feb. 15: Aaron Elvis Helsley, of Woodstock, was arrested on charges of brandishing a firearm. Court date is 9 a.m. March 15 in Shenandoah County Juvenile & Domestic Relations Court.

Feb. 15: A destruction of property was reported. Someone damaged two vehicles on Senedo Road, Edinburg.

Feb. 15: Carl Obie Mesembe, of Takoma Park, Maryland, was arrested on charges of possession of methamphetamine. Court date is 2 p.m. March 9 in Shenandoah County General District Court.

Feb. 16: Bradley Allen Dinges and Victoria Leigh Campbell, both of Edinburg, were arrested on charges of possession of a controlled substance. Court date is pending in Shenandoah County Circuit Court.

Feb. 16: Billy Martin Testerman, of Woodstock, was arrested on charges of two counts of possession of heroin. Court date is pending in Shenandoah County Circuit Court.

Feb. 18: Roberto Tirado Bermudez, of Mount Jackson, was arrested on charges of possession of oxycodone, possession of marijuana (second-plus offense), and charged with possession of a Schedule VI controlled substance. Court date is 9 a.m. March 16 in Shenandoah County General District Court.

Feb. 19: A destruction of property was reported. Someone damaged a vehicle on Wild Rose Lane, New Market.

Feb. 19: Kerrigan Mikael Bly, of Toms Brook, was charged with possession of marijuana. Court date is 2 p.m. March 9 in Shenandoah County General District Court.
