Police Blotter: Shenandoah County

The Shenandoah County Sheriff’s Office reported the following incidents:

March 10: A destruction of property was reported. Someone damaged a vehicle on Orkney Grade, Mount Jackson.

March 12: A 16 year old was charged with destruction of property. Court date is 11 a.m. April 12 in Shenandoah County Juvenile & Domestic Relations Court.

March 12: A 16 year old was charged with destruction of property. Court date is 11:45 a.m. April 12 in Shenandoah County Juvenile & Domestic Relations Court.

March 13: Mark Christopher Roller, of Toms Brook, was charged with animal cruelty. Court date is 2 p.m. April 27 in Shenandoah County General District Court.

March 16: Robert James Mumaw, of Edinburg, was arrested on charges of violating a protective order. Court date is pending in Shenandoah County Juvenile & Domestic Relations Court.

March 16: Melissa Simpson, of Mount Jackson, was charged with destruction of property, discharge of firearm in town limits and reckless handling of a firearm. Court date is 9 a.m. April 6 in Shenandoah County General District Court.

March 18: Dwight Stephen Haslacker, of Edinburg, was arrested on charges of shooting within an occupied dwelling. Court date is 11 a.m. April 13 in Shenandoah County General District Court.

March 18: Whitney Marissa Payne, of Woodstock, was arrested on charges of assault and battery, domestic assault and unlawfully entering a vehicle. Court dates are 9 a.m. April 5 in Shenandoah County Juvenile & Domestic Relations Court and 9 a.m. April 13 in Shenandoah County General District Court.

March 18: Alexis Nicole Jordan, of New Market, was charged with possession of marijuana. Court date is 11 a.m. May 25 in Shenandoah County General District Court.
