Police Blotter: Shenandoah County

The Shenandoah County Sheriff’s Office reported the following incidents:

April 6: A destruction of property was reported. Someone damaged roadway signs on Water Street, Edinburg.

April 8: A destruction of property was reported. Someone damaged a fence and removed gasoline on Three Mile Mountain Lane, Mount Jackson.

April 12: A larceny was reported. Someone removed clothing on Ram Drive, Strasburg.

April 16: A breaking and entering was reported. Someone entered a storage unit on Alexander Drive in Basye and caused damage

April 16: A destruction of property was reported. Someone damaged a vehicle on Backdraft Lane, Edinburg.

April 18: A larceny was reported. Someone removed U.S. currency from a vehicle on Lambert Lane, Toms Brook.

April 20: A larceny was reported. Someone removed a table and lamp from a building on Red Bud Road, Strasburg.

April 20: A breaking and entering was reported. Someone entered a residence on South Fort Valley Road, Fort Valley, and caused damage.

April 21: Brooke Makenzie Walker, of Front Royal, was charged with possession of marijuana. Court date is 11 a.m. May 18 in Shenandoah County General District Court.

April 21: A larceny was reported. Someone removed state decals from a vehicle on Hamburg Road, Edinburg.

April 21: A breaking and entering was reported. Someone entered a residence on North Main Street in Edinburg and caused damage

April 22: James David Stanley, of Fort Valley, and Laura Leigh Sherill, of Amissville, were arrested on charges of trespassing. Court date is 11 a.m. May 18 in Shenandoah County General District Court.

April 22: William Kenneth Hunter Fletcher, of Woodstock, was arrested on charges of interfering with property rights of another. Court date is 11 a.m. May 18 in Shenandoah County General District Court.

April 22: Cassie Renea Clark, of Quicksburg, was arrested on charges of appearing drunk in public. Court date is 9 a.m. May 18 in Shenandoah County General District Court.

April 22: A breaking and entering was reported. Someone entered a residence on Dysart Road, Woodstock, caused damage and removed cigarettes.
