Police Blotter: Woodstock

The Woodstock Police Department reported the following incidents in March:

March 1: Roger Odel Hoover, of Woodstock, was arrested on charges for being a fugitive from justice.

March 2: Emily Nicole Cohran, of Toms Brook, was arrested on charges of possession of a Schedule IV controlled substance, possession of marijuana, driving under the influence of alcohol and using unsafe equipment.

March 4: Jose Angel Ruiz Toro, of Mount Jackson, was arrested on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol.

March 8: Katherine Betty Ratliff, of Edinburg, was arrested on charges of possession of marijuana.

March 8: Faith Larita Ludwig, of Stanley, was arrested on charges of possession of marijuana.

March 9: Leon Keith McCray Jr., of Woodstock, was arrested on charges of giving false identity to law enforcement.

March 13: John Cletis Dolly, of Woodstock, was arrested on charges of issuing a bad check.

March 16: Ulysses Jason Brown, of Fredericksburg, was arrested on charges of grand larceny from a building.

March 16: Vera Diane Wyatt, of Woodstock, was arrested on charges of obstruction of justice.

March 17: Larry Kemper Clinedinst Jr., of Edinburg, was arrested on charges of possession of a controlled substance.

March 22: Bridgette Ann Jones, of Edinburg, was arrested on charges of issuing a bad check.

March 25: Jonathan Tyler Riggs, of Fort Valley, was arrested on charges of possession of marijuana.

March 26: Uriah Canaan McCray, of Woodstock, was arrested on charges of possession of marijuana.

March 28: Walter Edward Hurst Jr., of Fairfax, was arrested on charges of reckless driving, driving under the influence of alcohol and refusal to take a blood/breath test.

March 29: Robert Mitchell Murphy, of Woodstock, was arrested on charges of possession of a Schedule I/II controlled substance, sale/distribution of marijuana, distribution of a drug to a minor, cruel and injury to children and premises deemed common nuisance.

March 29: Cody Evans Rouden, of Woodstock, was arrested on charges of possession of marijuana and possession of a Schedule I/II controlled substance.

March 30: Trevor Michael Davis, of Woodstock, was arrested on charges of possession of marijuana.
