HARRISONBURG — James Madison University’s football team has a good problem to have. The Dukes have two quarterbacks, both of whom are capable of leading the team this season.

HARRISONBURG – James Madison University has only 10 days left before its first game of the season, and first-year coach Mike Houston said the coaching staff will begin to scale back on how hard they are working the players to get them ready for next week.

Several former Sherando standouts are contributing to the success of Shepherd University’s baseball team this season. Tre Porter (Sherando ’12), Jacob Carney (Sherando ’13), John Bentley (Sherando ’13) and Chase Smallwood (Sherando ’14) are helping the Rams to a great start.
