WINCHESTER — A juvenile is facing charges after an attempted robbery at an automated teller machine late Wednesday night. According to Winchester police Capt. Kelly Rice, a woman was in her car, attempting to use the ATM at BB&T Bank on Berryville Avenue at around 11 p.m., when three males approached the car. One of the males approached her "with a ski mask on" and demanded money, Rice said.
