The Shenandoah County Sheriff’s Office is searching for a suspect described as a “black male, wearing a white t-shirt, red shorts,” according to the department’s website.

After the victim was stabbed at the Pilot Truck Station, the suspect fled in a truck, according to Capt. Wesley Dellinger of the Sheriff’s Office.

Dellinger said the victim was treated at Winchester Medical Center and released  Saturday night.

“Suspect may be operating a white in color Freightliner tractor trailer pulling a white in color box trailer with ‘DM Express, INC.’ written on the side of the cab of the truck,” the site notes.

The truck has an Illinois license plate that is attached to the tractor part of the rig.  The license plate number, the site states, is P897703.
