Maurertown man charged with heroin distribution
WOODSTOCK — The Shenandoah County Sheriff’s Office arrested a Maurertown man on Friday in connection with a heroin overdose at a Maurertown residence.
Jeremy Todd Miller, 39, was arrested at that same Maurertown residence after the overdose victim told law enforcement that Miller brought the heroin to the house and gave it to the victim, a criminal complaint alleges. Officers charged Miller with heroin distribution
Miller is being held without bond at Rappahannock-Shenandoah-Warren Regional Jail. His next hearing date is set for Friday in Shenandoah County General District Court.
