Pizza delivery driver robbed at gunpoint

A pizza delivery driver was waiting for a customer on Tomahawk Trail in Shawnee Land on Saturday night when he was robbed at gunpoint, the Frederick County Sheriff’s Office said in a statement Monday.

Joshua Corbin, 28, of the 100 block of Deer Trail, was arrested on an armed robbery charge after he approached the victim in a Toyota 4Runner and, wearing a bandanna over his face, pointed a pistol at the victim, saying “give me the pizza and all of your money,” the statement says. The victim gave the man the pizza and an undetermined amount of money, the statement alleges, and no one was injured during the robbery.

The investigation determined that Corbin had ordered the pizza and robbed the victim with a black BB gun, the statement alleges. Corbin was taken to Northwestern Regional Adult Detention Center.
