The Alpha Omicron Chapter of Virginia Alpha Delta Kappa, an international sorority for outstanding female education, recently met in the restored Edinburg Mill and heard about the history and restoration from member Jean Allen Davis and Edinburg Mayor Daniel Harshman.

Member enjoyed looking through the museum and gift shop after the program. The group meets monthly, with Elizabeth Riffey as president. President elect, Susan Fleming, hosted the group at her house for a recent meeting.

Projects conducted by Alpha Omicron include giving a scholarship to a future teacher, collecting water for Luke's Backpack and preparing for the state convention in April, which will be hosted by the Blue Ridge District of which Alpha Omicron is a part.
