Chandra and Dwayne Ritenour, of Strasburg, welcomed Gauge Cameron Ritenour, born at 1:10 a.m. Feb. 17 at Winchester Medical Center.

Gauge weighted 7 lbs. 2 oz at birth. His grandmother is Janice Williams, of Strasburg.
