Birth announcement

Brenda Presgraves and Jerry Brown of Front Royal have announced the birth of Jade Rose Brown on Feb. 22 at 10:55 a.m. Jade weighed 6.25 lbs. and measured 18.9 inches in length at birth. She was born at Warren Memorial Hospital.

Her big sister is Emily Thompson.
