Wakefield announces college acceptance additions

Wakefield Country Day School has announced the following additions to college acceptances and merit scholarship offers to the members of its senior class:

Rachel DuMez -- University of Mary Washington; Mike He-University of Hartford

Sam Lilburn-Xavier -- Virginia Tech-Corp of Cadets

Conor O'Heir-Hampden -- Hendrix College ($60,000) and Dhruv Thummar-University of Hartford

Shannon Weir -- Emory and Henry College.

The Merit Scholarship offers made to the members of the Wakefield Class of 2013 to date total $1,980,200.
