Edible Book Festival winners announced

Handley Regional Library's Edible Book Festival last week has announced over 20 entries and the grand prize winners in adult amateur and professional divisions.

Artist Tracy Drumheller won the adult amateur division with "Breakfast at Tiffany's."

Westminster Canterbury won the professional division grand prize with "Charlotte's Web."

Beckaboo's Cakes won the overall grand prize with "The Biggest Easter Basket Ever."

Cary Brubaker won the people's choice award with "Pie in the Sky."

The Edible Books Festival is an annual fundraiser for the library and proceeds from the event help offset costs for operating the regional library. Martin's Gateway, Bank of Clarke County and Nibblins LLC were major sponsors of this year's event.

A listing of other distinctions awarded are included in the attached press release.
